Police investigate East Lake Courts shooting

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police are investigating a late night shooting in the 2500 block of Fourth Avenue in the East Lake Courts.

It happened shortly after 10:30 Sunday night.

28 year old Tommy Fuget was taken to the hospital, where he told police he was not shot by a man he did not know.

The victim is currently in stable condition.
