Antonio Lamar Collier Jr. is facing a rape charge after a woman said he forced himself on her.

Collier, 22, of 6335 Hansley Dr., is also charged with aggravated assault.

The woman said Collier came into her bedroom and tried to talk her into having sex with him. She said she declined.

She said he returned and, when she again turned him down, he forced himself on her. She said he put his hands around her throat and told her if she did not submit he was going to kill her. He then proceeded to rape her, it was stated.
