i. A resolution authorizing the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority
(CARTA) to apply for a Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement
(CMAQ) Grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation for expansion of
CARTA’s electric bus fleet, with the City’s portion not to exceed $650,000.00, for an
