Police have arrested Kenneth Lebron Robinson after police said they found a dead chained dog belonging to him beaten eaten by vultures.

Police said the dog was at a house at 2910 Taylor St. belonging to his brother, Roy Robinson.

Another emaciated dog that was also chained was nearby. Neither dog had food or water.

Kenneth Robinson, 42, was charged with two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals.

Police were told that the house is owned by Robinson's brother. The brother said Kenneth Robinson had been living at the Taylor Street residence and those were his dogs.

When contacted on E. 47th Street, Kenneth Robinson said his 12-year-old son had been placed in charge of caring for the dogs. Kenneth Robinson acknowledge that he "was the adult and should have taken better care" of the dogs.
