Timothy Darnell Stoudemire
Timothy Darnell Stoudemire is facing sexual battery charges after a woman said he followed her into a freezer at her work. She said he grabbed her by the throat, forced her against a wall and groped her.
The woman said she was able to get away and lock herself in the women's bathroom.
The incident happened on Aug. 9 at the business in the 4300 block of Hixson Pike.
The woman said it happened after the manager asked her to clean the restrooms.
Stoudemire, 29, was taken into custody on Tuesday.
