Two women have been charged with an assault on another woman in a ruckus over a man.

Elisa Twiggs McKinney, 46, and Robnesha Thomas, 32, were charged with aggravated robbery because the victim's phone was taken.

In an incident last Thursday, a woman said she was at 601 Walnut St. (County Jail) when two black females approached her. She said one yelled "B---h" and began assaulting her, causing her to fall to the ground. She said the two women continued to assault and kick her. The women left in a black vehicle.

One witness recorded the whole incident on his phone.

The victim was transported by ambulance to Erlanger Hospital.

She said she knew one of the women by the name of Elisa Twiggs. She said Ms. Twiggs (McKinney) believes she has been cheating with her boyfriend.

When the incident was over, the victim said she noticed that her phone was missing. She used a Find My Phone program to determine that the phone was at the Burger King in Ringgold, Ga.

An employee at the Burger King described two women in a black vehicle. The employee said a white car pulled up and they switched cars.

The ex-husband of Elisa Twiggs McKinney helped police identify the two women after watching video.
