Woman Being Chased By Troopers Crashes Vehicle In Soddy Daisy; Has To Be Cut From Car

A vehicle that was being pursued by the Tennessee Highway Patrol crashed in Soddy Daisy on Friday night.

The incident happened just before 8 p.m.

Troopers were chasing a car with a female driver on Frontage Road when the car left the road and hit some trees.

The driver had to be extricated from the car by the Soddy Daisy Fire Department. The door had to be cut off to get the woman out.

She was transported by Hamilton County EMS to Erlanger Hospital.
