Parents concerned about Lookout Valley Middle/High School athletic facility conditions

LOOKOUT VALLEY, Tenn. (WDEF) — Some parents are voicing their concerns about the condition of the athletic facility at Lookout Valley Middle/High School.

They say some areas are not handicap accessible. They say this has caused some relatives to be unable to attend games.

He says the tennis courts are almost finished, but work on the field house is delayed. According to Hensley, many schools have projects underway, so they are very busy right now.

“A lot of progress across the district. I know everybody would like to have their completed right now, but there is progress Lookout Valley Middle?High with the tennis courts and we will get the field house and the additional restrooms that are going to come with that underway just as soon as we can,” Hensley said.

Hensley says the goal is to start work on the field house in the late spring or early summer.
