A second man has been charged in a case in which a man who was tied up was seen getting out of the trunk of a car at a motel on Shallowford Road. The man was begging for help and saying he was afraid he was going to be killed.

The man ran into the Rodeway Inn, where employees cut him free from the duct tape.

Domingo Blake "Offset" Reyna, 23, of 5349 Rose St., East Ridge, earlier was charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping.

Police have now arrested Dewayne Legerald Enlow, of Tunnel Hill, Ga. He is facing the same charges.

In the incident on Jan. 24, the victim said he had been abducted, robbed and stuffed in the trunk of a Nissan Sentra by multiple males. He said they took $25 and his cell phone.

The victim had injuries to the back of his head, his face and various parts of his arms and legs. He said a handgun was used during the incident and that he was pistol whipped once he was restrained.

He said one of the men involved was called "Offset."

Police said they were able to find the location of the incident - 2611 Reece St. Officers said they found items inside the house used to restrain and silence the victim.

Police said the Nissan Sentra was registered to Sydeny Tucker, girlfriend of Reyna. It was taken to Police headquarters to be processed.

Police said they were able to tie Enlow to the incident. They said the victim picked him out of a lineup.
