Boyd Buchanan Soccer Opens Season With 3-1 Win Over CSAS

Chattanooga-(WDEF-TV) The Boyd Buchanan soccer team went 17-2 last year in qualifying for the state tournament. On Tuesday, they began their run for another state tournament berth as they opened the season at home against CSAS. The Bucs went up 2-0 in the first half and went on to beat the Patriots 3-1. Hayes Wood and Seth Highfield scored for the Bucs in the first half, and Wood added another goal in the second half. Wood has signed to play college soccer at Lipscomb.
