Chattanooga FC Lose to Comunicaciones FC in Exhibition Match

7,285 fans showed up for the Chattanooga FC’s exhibition game Saturday at Finley Stadium for the season opening match against the Comunicaciones FC of Guatemala. Los Cremas won the match 2-0. The contest was scoreless at halftime.

Comunicaciones FC is one of Guatemala’s most successful and popular clubs winning 30 league titles in their seventy year history. This was the first of two international games for CFC. They play against Real Betis Memorial Day weekend.

Chattanooga FC host two other matches against Detroit City FC and Bugeaters FC before  starting their regular season play in the NPSL on May 11. CFC will play in the Founders Cup Challenge in August.
