Fontella Woods Charged In Fentanyl Death Of 31-Year-Old Chattanooga Man

Fontella Woods has been charged in the fentanyl death of a 31-year-old Chattanooga man.

Ms. Woods, 53, of 2904 E. 37th St., was indicted by the Grand Jury for second-degree murder.

Andrey V. Tkachenko died Sept. 18, 2017.

He was the son of the late Nina Tkachenko and Viktor Tkachenko.

He worked for himself as a floor refinisher and he attended the Slovik Church in Ooltewah. 

Survivors include his wife, Lyuvena Tkachenko of Chattanooga, his daughter, Julia Tkachenko, his son, Artom Tkachenko both of Chattanooga and a host of extended family and friends.
