A woman on E 5th Street said she heard a noise outside her house. When she went to look through her house, she found that a rock had been thrown through at front window. A fist-sized piece of asphalt was lying just inside her window, along with shards of glass, and two other pieces of asphalt were on the porch. She also said her garbage can had been moved. She said she had not seen anyone, and could not provide any suspect description.

A man at the Krystal on Cherokee Boulevard said he was upset because Krystal staff made him leave the store. He said that he paid for unlimited coffee and wanted a refill. The staff at Krystal said the man was just hanging out in the store and purchased his coffee over an hour ago and was bringing all of his bags inside the store so they asked him to leave. Krystal gave the man a refill and an officer told him he had to leave.

There was a disorder at Heritage Park at 1428 Jenkins Rd. A woman said she was making a right turn onto Jenkins Road from East Brainerd Road when a vehicle cut in front of her and went slow. She said she was attempting to turn into the city park on Jenkins Road and the vehicle that cut her off slowed as not to let her turn. She said she was able to get into the park and pulled into a parking space next to a truck. She said she hesitated getting out of the vehicle because she noticed a large dog walking next to a man and the dog did not have a leash on. She said she told the male that the dog needed to have a leash due to park rules and he told her to mind her own "------- business" and that she did not know who he was and he would put her in jail. She said the man then got into the truck and left the scene.

There was a call about a suspicious party at 207 Frazier Ave at Taconooga. A manager said a black male had come to eat but had fallen asleep in his chair. Upon arrival, an officer found a man asleep in his chair and he woke him up. He informed the man that he could not sleep in the restaurant but that he needed to leave and not come back. The man said, "Thank you, sir" and left without incident.

Two men awaited an officer with a complaint at Edley's BBQ at 205 Manufacturers Road. One said they had seen an Hispanic male come from under Edley's BBQ with his phone and begin to record his wife. The other man said he was videoing his wife as well. The man was then seen to go underneath Edley's deck, which is able to be seen through due to the grating, and the man continued to film while looking up towards one of the women as she was in shorts. The two men confronted the man and he took off running. He was seen later, but he ran off when he saw that the two men were still there. A backpack was found believed to belong to the Hispanic man. It has a pay stub with a man's name on it. He was described as an Hispanic male, 5'8" tall, approximately 170 pounds, with long black hair, wearing a navy blue shirt and khaki cargo shorts.

A man happened along 1725 Market St. when he spotted his stolen bicycle chained to a pole. Police checked the serial number on the bike and compared it to the one that the man had from the bicycle store and they matched. Police cut the chain to the bicycle and returned the bike to the rightful owner. The chain wase taken to the CPD property division.

A man on Sharon Circle said he applied online for a job about two weeks ago with a company called Aztec Industries. He said that the company then sent him a $6,000 check that he was supposed to deposit into his bank account and then use the money for business expenses. However, he said the check was denied by his bank (First Tennessee) and he said they told him that it seemed suspicious. He then later found out that this was a scam and he said that he had given them (Aztec) his driver license info. He said that he believes that the company was also trying to steal money from Toastmasters International, which is the name on the check, and he said that is a real company here in Chattanooga. He said that he communicated with Aztec mainly through third party messaging online and he had dealt with two people who called themselves "Gary Priest" and "Suzane Fuller". He said that he had checked with Toastmasters and Suzanne is a real person who works for them and so evidently someone was impersonating her. However, he said that there is no way to know if Gary Priest is a real name.
