Hub Furniture Site At 633 Broad Street Sells For $4.2 Million

The three-story former Hub Furniture Store in downtown Chattanooga has sold for $4.2 million.

Mesa Properties Chattanooga acquired the corner location with dedicated parking at 631 Broad St. from Berry & Hunt.

Berry & Hunt purchased the property from BlueCross BlueShield in September 2008.

It includes over 43,000 square feet and has 71 connected parking spaces in the adjacent parking garage on the same level as the offices. Additional parking is available within the same block, it was stated.
