Argument in Chattanooga leads to a deadly shooting

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)-A heated argument left a 39-year-old man dead Friday evening.

Police say that Benitiez Williams was arguing with a suspect in the 2000 block of Duncan Avenue last night.

According to police, the suspect pulled a firearm and started shooting.

When they arrived on scene, they found Williams suffering from a gunshot wound.

He died later at the hospital.

Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to call Chattanooga police.
