A resolution authorizing the Mayor or his designee to enter into an Eighth Amendment to Lease Agreement with East Nooga, LLC, in substantially the form attached, for space located at 5600 Brainerd Road for the Eastgate Senior Center on a month-to-month basis, for rent in the amount of $11,405.00 per month.
