Emily’s List of Weekday Activities – October 2, 2018

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — There’s a lot to do in Chattanooga this week.

Broadway fans can support student performers with the Chattanooga High School Center for Creative Arts Tuesday night.

They’ll be performing hits from several musicals in their Choo Choo Kids Fall show – Postcards from Broadway.

It’ll feature songs from Footloose to Young Frankenstein.

The show starts at 7 p.m. at the CCA auditorium.

Stop by Miller Park on your lunch break this Wednesday for Noontunes.

Karla Felecia Scaife will be performing at this week’s event.

It starts at 12 p.m.

You could also help Habitat for Humanity “Raise the Roof” and some money at their annual luncheon this Wednesday.

Learn more about the non-profit, and hear from keynote speaker, Natosha Reid Rice.

The event is at 11:30 a.m. at the Chattanooga Convention Center.

Fall is the perfect time for eating s’mores by the fire, and you can do that while listening to some live music this Thursday night at the Fireside Music Series.

Lou Wamp and The Bluetastics will be performing some bluegrass music at the event.

It starts at 7 p.m. at Greenway Farm Park.
