Police Arrest Suspect in Portland Street Shooting

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting of Iziyah Spence, 18, that occurred on October 3rd at 2002 Portland Street.

The suspect, who is a juvenile, is charged with Attempted Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Assault, and Reckless Endangerment and is currently in the custody of the Juvenile Detention Center.

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Thursday night, October 3rd.

Police got a call about shots fired on Portland Street.

But they found the victim a few blocks away on North Kelly Street.

The man suffered a serious gunshot wound to the head.
