His case was bound over to the grand jury.

Walker admitted to having consensual sex with a 14-year-old girl while he was staying in Nashville, according to Davidson County authorities.

Earlier this year Walker was convicted of six counts of negligent vehicular homicide after a bus he was driving crashed, killing six children from Woodmore Elementary School in Chattanooga.

A Hamilton County judge sentenced Walker to four years in prison, but Walker was allowed to remain outside custody during the appeals process after making a $50,000 bond.

Walker was staying with the 14-year-old victims family in Nashville when the accused rape occurred.
